  1. Exterior & Cab Appearance

Domestic muck trucks often use eco-friendly green paint. By contrast, this Jiefang J6P 420 all-wheel-drive dump truck chassis adopts a white cab design. This color style is widely popular in overseas export markets.

The cab uses a flat-roof extended layout. The vehicle has extremely high ground clearance. For easier access, the factory adds an extra lower step beside the original entry steps.

  1. Interior Cab Space

This J6P dump truck does not have a flat-floor cab layout. Still, it will reduce the intrusion of the central engine tunnel.

The tunnel rises about 30 cm between the two seats. It does not take up too much interior space. Drivers can place daily items here safely. In most overseas markets, such trucks only need one driver. The passenger seat is seldom used in actual operation.

  1. Power & Emission Performance

This is an export-oriented model. Its emission requirements are looser than domestic versions.

It is powered by an 11-liter FAWDE CA6DM2 inline-six diesel engine. The engine meets Euro 5 emission standards. It provides 420 maximum horsepower and 1900 Nm peak torque.

  1. Chassis, Axle, and Tire Configuration

The chassis is the core highlight of this J6P 6×6 dump truck chassis. It is fully equipped with hub-reduction axles. These axles have large reduction ratios and strong off-road performance.

Front and rear hub-reduction axles look obviously different. The front steering drive axle is similar to early models made by Chongqing Dajiang. The truck is fitted with Triangle 14.00 R20 large off-road tires.

The tandem rear axles also use single 14.00 R20 tires. This setup favors off-road ability rather than heavy loading capacity.

  1. Suspension & Export Markers

The rear suspension adopts thick multi-leaf springs. This structure is rare on modern domestic trucks. Most urban dump trucks now use parabolic leaf springs, except for ultra-heavy 100-ton transport models.

Markings on the urea tank and air filter show its export positioning. The language suggests Central Asia instead of only Russia. Russian is commonly used in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and other surrounding countries.
