Lightweight Upgrades
Features the Jiefang 378 single-reduction rear axle—specifically developed for medium-duty vehicles—which increases vehicle speed by 10 km/h. The 237×75×7 high-strength steel frame features a CAE-optimized design to ensure reliable load-bearing capacity. The use of all-aluminum alloy rims, an aluminum fuel tank, and aluminum air reservoirs reduces the chassis’s curb weight, resulting in a lighter overall vehicle and increased payload capacity.

Power Upgrades
Powered by the Dachai CA4DK series engine, which is 10–50 kg lighter than comparable products in its class. The engine offers a power output range of 160–220 horsepower and features an extended oil change interval of 50,000 kilometers.

Pneumatic Urea Injection System
Eliminates the need for a traditional urea pump by utilizing a compressed air-driven mechanism. This system is characterized by its tolerance for varying urea qualities, high reliability, and low operating costs.

Body Structure
Employs a wet-process polyester panel manufacturing technique combined with a fiberglass-reinforced stainless steel column frame structure. It utilizes the world’s most advanced “fifth-generation” fully enclosed polyurethane panel bonding method.

Panel Materials
The interior and exterior wall panels are constructed from high-quality, machine-manufactured 2.2mm fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). The core insulation layer consists of thick, imported polyurethane foam. The body walls and doors are each 80mm thick. The floor assembly features a single-piece aluminum tread plate on the top surface, a color-coated steel plate on the bottom surface, and an imported polyurethane core.

The body perimeter is finished with 2.5mm aluminum alloy edging, stainless steel corner guards, and stainless steel door locks. Additional features include four rubber bumper blocks, a stainless steel door frame, stainless steel hinges, and energy-efficient interior lighting.

Refrigeration Unit
Features renowned refrigeration unit brands such as Carrier, Hanxue, or Huatai (top-mounted units), maintaining a cargo compartment temperature range of +5°C to -18°C (optional imported units—e.g., Korea’s Hana, USA’s Carrier or Thermo King—are available).
