FAW J5P 6×4 Mixer Truck Introduction

1. Cargo Box

Equipped with a 5.5–6m³ high-strength wear-resistant steel mixing drum, designed for medium-to-large construction projects. The drum features anti-segregation spiral blades, adjustable rotation speed (0–16 rpm), and advanced sealing technology to ensure concrete uniformity and low residual rate during long-distance transport. Optimized drum angle enhances feeding/discharging efficiency and reduces material waste.

2. Power Configuration

Powered by FAW Xichai CA6DL1-32E3C diesel engine (7.7L displacement, 320hp/235kW, 1500Nm torque), meeting Euro III emission standards. Matched with a Fast 9-speed manual transmission with wide gear ratio coverage, delivering strong climbing capability, stable power output, and excellent fuel economy under heavy-load and frequent start-stop conditions.

3. Chassis Configuration

Built on FAW J5P 6×4 heavy-duty chassis with wheelbase 3600+1350mm and high rigidity frame. Front axle load 7000kg, rear tandem axle load 18000kg, equipped with reinforced leaf spring suspension and 4.875 rear axle ratio for superior load capacity and stability. Fitted with 12R22.5 heavy-duty tires and dual-circuit air brakes with optional ABS, ensuring reliable performance on rough construction roads.

4. Cab

Adopts J5P high-roof sleeper cab with ergonomic design, offering spacious interior, wide-angle visibility, and comfortable air suspension seat. Equipped with an easy-to-operate control panel, durable wear-resistant interior materials, and effective noise reduction, reducing driver fatigue during long shifts. The cab’s compact yet robust structure adapts to harsh construction site environments.
