1. Cargo Box
The fuel tank is manufactured from premium Q235 carbon steel or optional lightweight aluminum alloy via seamless integral welding, fitted with built-in anti-sloshing baffles to stabilize liquid during transportation. Standardized with European-standard tank hatches, bottom loading valves, overflow prevention probes, static grounding, and oil-gas recovery sets to meet global dangerous goods transport codes. Multiple separated compartments are optional for transporting different fuels, while a atched PTO-driven fuel pump supports efficient pump-in and pump-out operations with accurate metering, securing safe daily fuel distribution.
2. Power Configuration
It adopts a FAW-Deutz CA6DH1 six-cylinder diesel engine rated at 260hp, delivering peak torque of 1000N·m within 1300–1700rpm and complying with Euro 6 emission standards. Mated with a mature FAW CA8TAX series manual transmission, the powertrain features stable low-speed torque output, low fuel consumption, and a long maintenance cycle up to a 50,000 km oil change interval. Optimized combustion structure cuts engine vibration and noise, perfectly matching urban short-haul and regional medium-distance fuel delivery tasks.

Built on a reliable 4×2 medium-duty J6L chassis with a high-strength laminated steel frame and reinforced leaf-spring suspension for balanced load capacity and shock resistance. Equipped with Φ378 cast rear axle and WABCO dual-circuit air brake plus standard ABS to guarantee responsive, stable braking on complex road surfaces. Compact wheelbase design realizes a small turning radius, enabling flexible passing in narrow urban lanes and oil station access, with wear-resistant tubeless tires improving road adaptability.
