The J6L garbage truck’s cabin is constructed of high-quality steel, and the floor can be fitted with stainless steel to ensure smooth unloading.
The specialized hydraulic system enables automatic loading and unloading. High-quality lifting cylinders, operating valves, compression fittings, high-pressure hoses, and high-pressure steel pipes are strategically installed, and securely fastened to ensure long-term leak-free operation, reliability, easy maintenance, and a long service life.
It features both manual and automatic control modes, interchangeable and complementary, ensuring convenient and worry-free operation and ensuring efficient operation.
It features a variety of tilting systems, including rear-mounted bucket and trash can types, capable of lifting trash cans of various capacities. It can tilt 300L metal trash cans, 800L small trash hoppers, 250L plastic trash cans, and 1400L sealed cover trash hoppers.

| Chassis Configuration: | The Jiefang garbage truck features a dedicated chassis, a J6-row semi-flat cab, a 378 cast rear axle, and optional tires. It has a wheelbase of 4500mm and 4700mm, and comes with a factory power take-off, air conditioning, power steering, ABS, air brakes, and a Beidou-compatible onboard system. | Body Configuration: | The curved box has a 12-cubic-meter tank capacity (optionally 14 cubic meters) and is constructed of T420 special high-strength steel. The box is 4″ thick at the sides and 5″ thick at the bottom. The sides are integrally curved with no welds at the top or bottom. It also features a Zhongmei multi-way valve, a Changyuan hydraulic pump, a photoelectric switch, and a two-way hydraulic lock for the loader’s lift cylinder. It also features an imported Siemens PLC electronic control system with one-touch and manual operation, and an electronic control panel. The U-shaped hopper of the loader is constructed from 5mm thick steel plate, with a rear tilting rack for mounting a national standard 240-liter plastic bucket. It is equipped with a nighttime light, and a sealing strip is installed between the trash bin and the loader. It features a bidirectional compression mechanism, with the push plate automatically retracting during operation to ensure uniform trash density within the bin. The loader also has two sewage tanks. The rear loader features a diversion chute and a water collection trough, with wastewater entering the lower sewage tank of the loader (welded integrally to the loader).
