FAW J6P 6×4 CONCRETE MIXER TRUCK

1. Cargo Box
The mixer drum adopts high-strength wear-resistant steel, with a standard mixing capacity of 6–8m³, featuring anti-sticking and durable properties. The optimized spiral blade design ensures uniform concrete mixing and stable discharge, preventing segregation. Equipped with a high-pressure water cleaning system, it enables quick drum rinsing after discharge, reducing residue and maintenance costs. The entire cargo box is corrosion-resistant and sealed, making it well-suited to harsh construction-site environments.
2. Power Configuration
Powered by FAW Xichai CA6DL2-35E5/CA6DM2-39E5 diesel engine, delivering 350–390hp and meeting Euro 5/6 emission standards. Matched with the FAW CA10TA 10-speed manual transmission, it offers smooth shifting and strong gradeability. The engine features high torque at low speeds, ensuring sufficient power for heavy-load mixing and climbing, while maintaining excellent fuel economy to reduce operation costs.
3. Chassis Configuration
Built on a heavy-duty 6×4 chassis with a wheelbase of 4300+1350mm, ensuring high load capacity and driving stability. The reinforced frame and robust front/rear axles (rear axle load up to 2×16 tons) are designed for frequent start-stop and heavy-load conditions on construction sites. Equipped with 12.00R20 heavy-duty tires and a dual-circuit air brake system (optional ABS), it delivers reliable braking performance and strong road adaptability.
4. Cab
Equipped with a J6P flat-roof semi-cab, featuring a compact design for good passability in narrow construction areas. The interior is ergonomically designed with a high-comfort suspension seat, adjustable steering wheel, and easy-to-reach control buttons, reducing driver fatigue during long shifts. Standard with four-way rearview mirrors and optional panoramic imaging, it enhances driving safety in complex site conditions.
