You can choose the crane type and model based on your needs. The J6P 8×4 truck-mounted crane is commonly used with 14T, 16T, and 18T cranes, offering a lifting length of 19–24 meters.
The boom design is both scientific and practical, delivering greater load capacity. Built with high-strength steel, the crane is lighter yet provides stronger lifting performance. Its unique overload protection feature ensures safer lifting and a wider operating range.
The hydraulic system integrates the power element, control and adjustment element, actuator, and auxiliary components. All hydraulic oil ports are equipped with sealing plugs to prevent dirt and air intrusion. The hydraulic cylinder is made of high-pressure galvanized steel, offering excellent strength, pressure resistance, powerful lifting, smooth extension, and corrosion resistance. This ensures easy lifting, rotation, and cargo handling.
The lightweight design enhances load capacity, improves fuel efficiency, and boosts transport performance, ultimately increasing annual return on investment.
Powertrain and Drivetrain
The high-horsepower Xichai engine delivers superior performance for heavy-load operations. It provides 30% higher starting torque than engines of similar power, and its maximum torque is 10% higher, enabling easier starts under load and smoother overtaking when accelerating.
Buyers can choose between a 10-speed or 12-speed transmission. Featuring an advanced structural design, the gearbox offers high reliability. Its integrated power take-off (PTO) simplifies maintenance and servicing, eliminating the need to dismantle the PTO during modifications and preventing unnecessary changes in precision.
