Mixing Tank Body
The tank body is made of a new generation of high-strength, wear-resistant steel specially designed for mixer trucks. The feeding/discharging hopper and chute, which are subject to impact, are made of three-layer wear-resistant materials. The blades are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel with additional wear-resistant strips, providing more than twice the strength and wear resistance of ordinary materials, resulting in a longer tank lifespan.
It adopts large blades and a multi-phase three-dimensional mixing mode, which ensures more uniform mixing, faster feeding and discharging speed, and lower residual rate.
Power System
The vehicle is equipped with a FAW Power CA6DL6-38E6 engine with 375 horsepower and a peak torque of 1650 Nm, offering stronger acceleration. Its low-speed torque reaches 1100 Nm, making starts easier and climbing ability stronger.
It is paired with a FAW 12-speed CA10TA160M2 full-aluminum gearbox, which is lighter in weight, better sealed, and features a larger first-gear ratio, making it highly suitable for mixer trucks operating under heavy-load and complex road conditions. This powertrain combination provides excellent reliability and reduces the likelihood of failure.
Chassis System
The truck is equipped with a FAW 16T-level 290 wheel-reduction axle, offering superior load-bearing capacity. The rear axle ratio reaches as high as 5.263, ensuring excellent passability, strong traction, durability, and resistance to damage.
For operations where extremely high load capacity is not required, a lighter 13T-level 457 rear axle is also available. The choice of axle depends on your working conditions.
Cab
The truck adopts a flat-roof single-sleeper cab. The newly designed front bumper increases ground clearance and is equipped with an anti-intrusion beam, which enhances vehicle passability and prevents large foreign objects from entering under the chassis and causing damage.
The side-mounted fuel tank, battery, urea tank, and tires are all fitted with lightweight aluminum alloy protective covers, ensuring better protection in complex working environments and reducing the risk of damage.
