1. Upper-body Equipment
The superstructure adopts a thickened anti-corrosion carbon steel cylindrical tank with integrated one-time-formed end caps, supporting rear door opening and dual-top hydraulic self-dumping for complete sludge discharge. Equipped with a high-power vacuum pump to deliver strong suction, paired with 5–7m wear-resistant suction hoses and an independent sewage recycling pipeline. It features a sealed overall design to avoid leakage and odor escape, matched with side protective railings, maintenance access windows and cleaning outlets, suitable for municipal sewage, sludge and septic tank cleaning operations. Multiple tank volume options are available to meet different sanitation transport demands.
2. Power Configuration
It is fitted with a FAW Xichai heavy-duty diesel engine, generating abundant low-speed torque to sustain continuous vacuum pumping work. Matched with a 10/12-speed all-aluminum manual transmissionand aa dedicated hydraulic PTO, it supplies stable independent power to the vacuum system without interfering with driving power output. Optimized fuel combustion and SCR aftertreatment cut fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, while upgraded dustproof and heat dissipation components adapt to damp, dirty sanitation working environments.
3. Chassis Configuration
Built on an exclusive FAW J6P 6×4 sanitation chassiwith aha maximuGVW ofof up to 25 tons. The double-layer high-tensile steel frame boasts outstanding torsion resistance to bear repeated tank lifting loads. Fitted with heavy-duty tandem rear axles, a BCO dual-circuit air brake system,m and standard ABS anti-lock braking, matched with 12R22.5 heavy-load tires. V-type reaction rod balanced suspension effectively suppresses body tilt during pumping and dumping, balancing highway transit stability and urban road load-bearing performance.
4. Cab
The four-point full-float high-roof J6P cab, with multi-layer sound and heat insulation to isolate pump and engine noise. It is equipped with an air-suspension driver seat with adjustable lumbar buffer to ease fatigue from all-day urban sanitation shifts. Standard interior configurations include a constant-temperature automatic air conditioner, multifunctional steering wheel, electric heated wide-view rearview mirrors and reversing monitoring camera, plus a built-in fatigue reminder system to enhance driving safety for frequent city operation.
