1. Cargo Box
The refrigerated box adopts advanced “sandwich” panel bonding technology with high-density polyurethane foam insulation, delivering excellent thermal insulation and sealing performance. It supports well-known refrigeration units like Thermo King and Carrier, achieving precise temperature control from -25℃ to +25℃. Optional dual/multi-temperature zones enable separate refrigerated and frozen transport, ideal for fresh food, pharmaceuticals, and frozen goods.
2. Power Configuration
Equipped with a FAWDE CA6DL1-29E5 diesel engine (7.7L displacement, 290HP) or optional Cummins B7.0 engine (350HP), it balances strong power and fuel efficiency. Matched with a FAW CA10TAX130S all-aluminum gearbox or 9-speed integrated transmission, it ensures smooth shifting and reliable performance. The powertrain meets Euro 6 emission standards, reducing maintenance costs while delivering stable power output for long-haul cold chain transport.
3. Chassis Configuration
Built on FAW’s mature 4×2 heavy-duty chassis, it features a high-strength steel frame with enhanced rigidity and durability. The optimized V-shaped rod suspension and low center of gravity (1m) improve stability and prevent rollover, ensuring safe driving under heavy loads. It is equipped with 435 upgraded welded axles (speed ratio 4.111), 12R22.5-18PR tires, and EBS for reliable braking and handling. The lightweight design reduces fuel consumption while maintaining high load-bearing capacity.

The JH6 semi-high roof cab with four-point air suspension offers exceptional comfort, reducing fatigue during long drives. The flat-floor design, 2050mm interior height, and 810mm-wide sleeper provide a spacious living environment. It features a 10-inch smart touchscreen, color LCD instrument cluster, and high-precision voice control (98% recognition rate) for intelligent operation. Additional amenities include air-conditioning, electric windows, heated rearview mirrors, and a 220V power supply, ensuring a convenient and safe driving experience.
