1. Cargo Box

Equipped with a large-capacity high-strength mixing drum (standard 6–8m³), built from wear-resistant steel with anti-stick coating. It features stable 6–12rpm rotation, uniform mixing, and low residual rate (<1%). The optimized drum angle prevents concrete segregation, while a high-efficiency water supply system ensures convenient on-site cleaning and mixing ratio adjustment.

2. Power Configuration

Powered by FAW CA6DM2/CA6DM3 or Weichai WP10/WP12 diesel engines (350–460HP, 1,550–2,100Nm torque), meeting Euro V/VI emission standards. Matched with FAW’s 12-speed manual transmission or optional AMT, it delivers strong climbing power and 2–3% fuel savings. The B10 life of core powertrain components exceeds 1 million km, ensuring high reliability.

3. Chassis Configuration

The reinforced 6×4 chassis adopts a roll-formed 865mm-wide frame for high load capacity and stability. It features a 16-ton heavy-duty rear axle with “Benz” technology, enhancing overload resistance. The optimized wheelbase (4,000+1,400mm) and durable leaf spring suspension adapt to rough construction sites, ensuring stable driving and long service life.

4. Cab

The spacious, full-floating cab offers excellent shock absorption and noise reduction. It is equipped with ergonomic adjustable seats, automatic climate control, and a multi-function steering wheel for superior comfort.
