1. Upper-body Equipment

This compact pumping superstructure features a lightweight, high-strength alloy multi-section folding boom with an anti-rust coating, matched with thickened, wear-resistant delivery pipes to extend service life during frequent small-site pumping tasks. It equips a small-displacement stable hydraulic pumping unit for residential buildings, road repair, and narrow municipal construction. Compact XH-type retractable outriggers feature a narrow unfolding width and an intelligent auto-leveling system, adapting to cramped construction yards and village lanes. It supports wireless remote operation, centralized lubrication, and a dual-purpose design for both boom and ground pumps, with optional boom lengths of 28–33m.

2. Power Configuration

Equipped with a FAW four/six-cylinder diesel engine, it outputs sufficient low-speed torque to sustain intermittent pumping operations for small projects. Matched with a lightweight 6/8-speed aluminum shell manual transmission and a dedicated front PTO, it supplies independent steady power to the upper hydraulic system without interfering with urban road driving performance. Optimized high-pressure fuel injection and mature SCR aftertreatment reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, while dustproof protection fits dusty village and renovation construction environments.

3. Chassis Configuration

Built on a special lightweight FAW JK6 4×2 pump truck chassis with a short wheelbase for flexible steering and a small turning radius, ideal for narrow urban streets and rural access roads. It adopts a 270 mm double-layer high-tensile steel frame with good anti-torsion capacity to bear boom lifting loads. Fitted with a 13-ton heavy-duty single rear axle, a dual-circuit air brake system, and standard ABS anti-lock braking. Reinforced multi-leaf spring suspension balances lightweight design and stable load-bearing during pumping.

4. Cab

The four-point full-float semi-high roof JK6 cab delivers excellent sound and heat insulation to isolate hydraulic and engine noise during all-day urban construction shifts. It comes with an air-suspension driver seat with adjustable lumbar buffer to relieve fatigue from frequent site transfers. Standard interior configurations include a constant-temperature automatic air conditioner, multifunctional steering wheel, electric heated rearview mirrors, and reversing monitoring screen. A large panoramic windshield brings wide vision, and a built-in fatigue reminder system improves safety for short-distance frequent operation.
