1. Cargo Box

Equipped with a 6.75–7.65m high-density insulated box (2.44m×2.4m), featuring a full-seal, heat-insulated design with high-quality polyurethane foam and stainless steel inner panels. The high-efficiency refrigeration unit enables precise temperature control from -18°C to 15°C, ensuring stable cooling for fresh produce, frozen goods, and pharmaceuticals. With a volume of up to 42m³, it balances large capacity and lightweight construction for optimal payload efficiency.

2. Power Configuration

Built with FAW’s golden power chain, powered by a 6.6L Xichai CA6DLD-29E6 national VI diesel engine, delivering 290hp and 1,100N·m of torque. Matched with an 8-speed FAW CA8TAX110FS1 manual transmission (optional AMT), it ensures smooth shifting and strong low-speed torque. The powertrain features a 100,000km extended oil change interval, reducing maintenance costs by 30% and offering 8% lower fuel consumption than competitors.

3. Chassis Configuration

The 4×2 chassis adopts a high-strength steel frame and a lightweight aluminum alloy fuel tank, with a 9-ton 378 single-stage reduction rear axle for high load capacity and stability. It is equipped with Wabco ABS, EBS, and 275/80R22.5 vacuum tires, ensuring reliable braking and excellent road adaptability. The chassis design optimizes weight distribution, achieving a total mass of 18 tons and a rated payload of 9.99 tons.

4. Cab

The high-roof double-berth air-suspension cab (1.7m internal height) features a four-point full-floating design with rear airbags for effective vibration and noise reduction. It comes standard with a Grammer air-suspension seat, a 10-inch touchscreen, a four-way camera system, and a color LCD instrument cluster. The 650mm-wide lower berth and ergonomic layout provide superior comfort for long-distance driving, making it ideal for urban and short-haul cold-chain logistics.
