1. Cargo Box
Equipped with a high-strength steel cargo box (8,350×2,450×600mm) featuring reinforced U-bolt connection plates for superior load stability. The military-grade crane adopts single-cylinder synchronous telescopic technology, delivering strong lifting capacity (up to 16 tons) and a wide operating radius. Integrated anti-twist structure and high-precision hydraulic system ensure stable, safe lifting; optional multi-section boom and rear outriggers enhance operation safety on uneven ground.
2. Power Configuration
Powered by FAW CA6DLD-29E6 (290hp) or Yuchai YCS06350-61A (350hp) Euro 6 diesel engine, outputting 1,200–1,400 N · m torque for heavy-load climbing and crane operation. Matched with FAW CA10TA 10-speed or Fast 9JS119TA manual transmission with dedicated PTO for crane hydraulic drive. Optimized combustion and SCR aftertreatment reduce fuel consumption by 1.5L/100km, with extended maintenance intervals for lower operational costs.
3. Chassis Configuration
Built on FAW JK6 8×4 special crane chassis (wheelbase 2,300+4,200+1,350mm, GVW 31 tons). High-tensile double-layer frame and reinforced multi-leaf springs support heavy crane and cargo loads. Fitted with a Φ435 heavy-duty rear axle, WABCO dual-circuit air brakes, ABS, and 11R22.5 heavy-duty tires for reliable braking and cross-site mobility. Optimized axle layout balances load distribution for highway transport and job-site maneuverability.
4. Cab
Features a four-point full-float JK6 cab (optional high-roof double sleeper) with excellent sound/heat insulation. Air-suspension driver seat with lumbar support reduces long-haul fatigue; the interior includes automatic AC, a multifunctional steering wheel, heated mirrors, and a reversing camera. A large windshield ensures panoramic visibility, while standard fatigue-warning and emergency-braking systems enhance driving safety.
