1. Upper-body Equipment
The upper pumping assembly adopts high-strength low-alloy steel multi-section folding boom coated with anti-rust red finish, equipped with thickened wear-resistant concrete delivery pipes to extend service life under long-hour pumping. It matches a large-displacement hydraulic pumping system for stable high-pressure concrete transportation, meeting high-rise and large foundation construction demands. Telescopic full-hydraulic outriggers with ultra-wide support span and automatic leveling system effectively prevent rollover during operation. It supports wireless remote control, integrated sewage recovery, and automatic lubrication, with multiple boom length options for diversified construction scenarios.
2. Power Configuration
This pump truck is equipped with a FAW high-power six-cylinder diesel engine, delivering strong low-speed torque to sustain continuous heavy-load pumping. Matched with a 12-speed all-aluminum manual transmission and independent split PTO device, it can separately supply stable power to the upper hydraulic pumping system without interfering with driving power output. Optimized fuel injection and mature SCR aftertreatment reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. The powertrain adds dustproof and heat dissipation reinforcement to adapt to dusty, high-temperature construction sites.

Built on a dedicated FAW JK6 8×4 heavy-duty pump truck chassis with high maximum GVW.
