1. Cargo Box
The FAW Tiger 6G features a 4.16m/4.2m high-strength lightweight cargo box (van/stake/flatbed optional), built with thickened wear-resistant steel panels and reinforced corner brackets for superior durability and deformation resistance. The box interior is smooth with anti-slip flooring, supporting easy loading/unloading and secure fastening of palletized goods, textiles, electronics, and light bulk cargo. Its optimized dimension design maximizes load volume while keeping the vehicle within urban logistics limits, ensuring compliance and high efficiency for city distribution and short-haul transport.
2. Power Configuration
It is powered by a FAW CA4DD3A17E68 2.5L diesel engine (Euro VI compliant), delivering 170HP/121kW and 500Nm torque, with a B10 life of 700,000km for long-term reliability. Matched with a Fast 8J45TA 8-speed manual transmission (6-speed automatic optional), it offers a wide gear ratio range (1st gear: 7.460; 8th overdrive: 0.714) for smooth power delivery, strong climbing ability, and low fuel consumption. The powertrain is calibrated for urban stop-and-go and highway cruising, balancing performance and economy for diverse logistics scenarios.
3. Chassis Configuration
The 4×2 chassis adopts a reinforced high-strength steel frame (780×180×60×4mm) with a 3300mm wheelbase, ensuring high rigidity and load capacity. It is equipped with a 7-ton 325G rear axle (ratio 4.875) and a front 3-leaf spring + rear 7+3 multi-leaf spring suspension, providing excellent stability and heavy-load performance. The dual-circuit air brake with ABS and durable tires ensures reliable braking and safe handling on complex roads, while the corrosion-resistant dual-painted chassis extends service life.

The FAW Tiger VH wide cab (single-row, 3-seater) features a humanized, passenger-style interior with a 3.2-inch LCD instrument cluster and multi-function steering wheel. It is equipped with airbag seats, air conditioning, power windows, central locking, and heated split side mirrors, which effectively isolate vibrations and reduce driver fatigue during long shifts. The robot-welded rainproof cab ensures tight sealing and quietness, while the ergonomic layout places controls within easy reach, enhancing comfort and convenience for daily operations.
