Built for urban and short‑haul cold chain distribution, the Tiger 6G features a high‑strength, fully sealed. Constructed with food‑grade FRP panels, high‑density polyurethane foam insulation, and stainless steel inner lining, it delivers excellent thermal insulation and corrosion resistance. Paired with a premium refrigeration unit, it maintains precise temperatures from −18 °C to +25 °C, ensuring the safe transport of fresh produce, dairy, frozen food, and pharmaceuticals.

2. Power Configuration

It is powered by a FAW CA4DD3A17E68 diesel engine (2.5 L), delivering 170 hp and 500 N·m of torque, with a B10 life of 700,000 km for proven reliability. The engine meets Euro 6 emission standards and adopts high‑pressure common‑rail injection and turbocharging, balancing strong power with outstanding fuel efficiency. It is matched with a Fast 8J45TA 8‑speed manual transmission (or optional 6‑speed automatic), offering a wide gear ratio range for smooth power delivery and lower fuel consumption in diverse road conditions.

3. Chassis Configuration

The 4×2 lightweight chassis is designed for high efficiency and durability. It uses a high‑rigid ladder frame with a width of 865 mm and a thickness of 180 mm, providing exceptional torsional stiffness.
