Dump Truck Cargo Box
The cargo box typically adopts a standard rectangular structure. In its standard configuration, the floor plate is 6 mm thick and the side plates are 4 mm thick. In the reinforced version, the floor plate thickness is increased to 8 mm. The rear panel of the box is equipped with an automatic opening and closing mechanism, allowing bulk materials to be unloaded smoothly.
This Tiger V dump truck is fitted with a 4.15-meter-long cargo box, with other dimensions and lifting methods available upon customization.

Powertrain System
This truck offers engine options including Yuchai YC4S170-50, Weichai WP4.1Q140E50, and Xichai CA4DB1-11E3, with a maximum output of 190 horsepower, a displacement of 3.767 liters, maximum torque of 660 Nm, and peak torque speed range of 1,400–2,000 rpm.
The Yuchai engine is paired with the Fast 8JS75F gearbox, with alternative options from Shanchi and Wanliyang. It has 8 forward gears with a high/low gear structure, maximum input torque of 750 Nm, an overdrive top gear with a ratio of 0.78. This transmission is widely used in medium-duty trucks.

Chassis Configuration
The truck is equipped with a 435 rear axle with a gear ratio of 6.5. The overall speed ratio of the vehicle is 5.07, which is very typical for construction dump trucks.
It adopts a traditional multi-leaf spring suspension to ensure strong load-bearing capacity.

Cabin
The cabin is spacious and can accommodate up to three occupants.
