FAW TIGER V 4×4 CARGO TRUCK
In terms of power, the vehicle is equipped with Yunnei Power 490PLUS150 diesel engine, with a displacement of 2.499 liters and a maximum output power of 107 kilowatts (150 horsepower). Compared with 2-liter and 2.3-liter engines, the 2.5-liter engine is more confident in climbing, starting with heavy loads, and complex working conditions.
In terms of transmission system, Tiger VN is matched with Wanliyang 5-speed manual transmission, which is light and smooth to shift, with high transmission efficiency, and can give full play to the power output of the engine. Coupled with the 4-ton rear axle and a speed ratio of 4.875, such a power combination allows the vehicle to easily handle urban and rural transportation conditions.

FAW TIGER V 4×4 Cargo Truck Introduction
1. Cargo Box & Loading Structure
This off-road cargo truck is fitted with a customizable high-strength manganese steel cargo box, with options of flatbed, stake rack, and sealed cargo compartment to adapt to bulk goods, equipment, and supplies transportation. The box body adopts thickened side panels and integrated reinforced crossbeams to resist impact and deformation under harsh road conditions. Reserved mounting holes support later installation of small cranes, tool boxes,s and ladder frames. Anti-slip floor and detachable side rails improve loading flexibility, while tailboard reinforcement ensures stable cargo fixing during cross-country bumpy driving.

2. Power Configuration
Equipped with FAW self-developed four-cylinder high-torque diesel engine, output ranging from 160hp to 220hp, generating strong low-speed torque for climbing, muddy and gravel road driving. Matched with a 6-speed synchronized manual transmission with a low-speed reduction gear, and an independent PTO interface reserved for external equipment drive. The optimized fuel injection system reduces fuel consumption under off-road operating conditions, and the mature DOC+SCR aftertreatment system meets global emission standards. The whole powertrain features dustproof and waterproof protection, adapting to dusty and humid wild working environments.
3. Chassis Configuration
Built on a dedicated FAW TIGER V 4×4 all-wheel drive off-road chassis, equipped with front and rear inter-axle differential locks and a central differential lock, which can switch between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive freely to conquer mud, sand, slope, and rugged mountain roads. High-lift reinforced leaf spring suspension with heavy-duty shock absorbers greatly improves ground clearance and anti-vibration performance. Fitted with heavy-duty off-road deep-tread tires, a dual-circuit air brake system, and ABS, effectively guarantees braking safety under complex terrain. The integral high-strength frame offers high torsional resistance to prevent frame twisting under extreme road conditions.
4. Cab
Adopa’s four-point damping suspended TIGER V wide-body cab with professional dust insulation, sound insulation, and heat insulation treatment effectively isolates outdoor dust and engine noise during off-road travel. The air-suspension driver seat with adjustable lumbar support relieves long-term bbump-drivingfatigue. Interior standard configurations include an automatic constant-temperature air conditioner, a multifunctional steering wheel, electric heated rearview mirrors, and a reversing visual monitor. Large-angle front windshield brings wide panoramic sight, and built-in slope descent assist and fatigue early warning system provide all-round driving protection for field operation users.
